Alex Glaister

Alex is a Partner and leads Alpha Alternatives’ strategic advisory work in North America.​

He has led engagements to define target operating models, and plan and deliver complex transformational change at private equity, private credit and real asset investors including GPs, Family Offices, and Asset Owners.​

Alex has a expertise covering every major function in private markets firms and has worked on selections or implementations with many of the industry’s leading vendors. He has delivered projects in the UK, Europe, Canada and the USA​

Alex has 12 years consulting experience and prior to joining Alpha he worked at Accenture and ran small businesses in Botswana and the UK.​
