Her arrival reflects Alpha’s continued investment in senior leadership as the firm expands its support for private markets clients globally.
Heather brings more than 17 years of experience spanning both consulting and industry roles, with deep expertise across alternatives, wealth and asset management, and private equity. Over the course of her career, she has advised firms on a broad range of strategic, operational, and transformation initiatives, giving her a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing investment managers today.
Her experience combines senior advisory work with hands-on operating experience within private markets, bringing clients a perspective that is both strategic and practical. This breadth of experience further strengthens Alpha’s ability to support clients across operating model design, technology transformation, and broader strategic change.
